Our business is expanding and we are looking for another full-time, permanent person to join the team.

Our hours of work are 8.00am to 6.00pm with an hour for lunch and 8.00am to 1.00pm on half days.

Responsibilities include the care and management of all horses including competition horses, mares, foals and youngstock. We do not stand any stallions. This is not specifically a stud groom role and it is very different to working on a thoroughbred stud.

Typical duties include mucking out, putting horses on and off the walker, turning out, feeding and general yard work. Depending on interest and experience, there is the opportunity to hack out the older horses. Additional skills, for example, clipping, would be very useful as would experience or interest in pre- and post-foaling work or working with our riders in the education of our young horses.

There is a good team atmosphere and first class working environment and facilities.

Unfortunately, we do not have any accommodation available at the moment so this is not a live-in position.
